The contradiction between development and environmental conservation is emerging and becoming increasingly serious. In real life, it mainly reflects environmental emergencies, which has a trend of globalization and upgrading.From ancient times to the present, China is a country of frequent environmental emergencies, with a large population and a vast territory. The environment events are not only a wide range of events and involve large areas. The severity of the disaster is not the same. In addition, the environmental event is easy to cause secondary environmental problems. Without doubt, environmental events aren't only happened in China, but also in word.In the face of environmental emergencies, many countries have taken a series of measures, trying to deal with environmental emergencies effectively and control even alleviate the crisis situation.
