| As enviromental and resources’ issues become increasingly prominent, many countries take the environmental industry as a new ecomomic growth point and our government also strongly support and promote the development of environmental protecting industry and has made certain achievements. In recent years, China’s environmental protecting industry has considerably developed. However environmental issues are emerging in HeBei Province. In 2013,ShiJiaZhuang,TangShan,BaoDing and LangFang were included in the focus on prevention and controlling regions of atmospheric pollution in China. Thus, the importance of environmental industry in the economic development of HeBei Province are more and more obvious.Strong financial supporting is an important condition for the rapid development of environmental protecting industry, the lack of funds is a long constraints that plaguing the development of environmental protecting industry in He Bei Province. Therefore, this paper takes the investment and financing of hebei province’s environmental protecting industry as the research object and takes qualitative and quantitative analysis as the research method to analyze the characteristics of it and solve the problem of funds of hebei province’s environmental protecting industry. Among them, the article focus on deeply analyzing the issues of the total investment, the investment structure and investment efficiency. It reviews and chooses a lot of datas and it also analyzes and summarizes the existing problems. Then by using the experience of the investment and financing of American, Japanese and Germany environmental protecting industry, I puts forward the countermeasures of environmental protecting industry in hebei province. |
