Automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is the medical equipment that uses chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay analysis methed to detect biochemical index of human blood and other body fluid in the rapid, accurate, automatic way. As the most important and basic medical equipment, it is mainly used in diabetes, hepatitis, tumor marker and allergens testing. But due to the factors such as price, its popularity in the primary medical institutions is far from enough. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a set of mini automatic chemiluminesecence inmunoassay analyzer with high cost-performance, accurate detection results and simple operation?The thesis analyses the working process of chemiluminesecence inmunoassay analyzer based on the principle of chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay and proposes the overall design of the control system in considering the design index. According the overall design, the thesis designs the hardware circuit,which includes motion control module, water control module, temperature control module, communication module and drive circuit of detection module. To realize the reset, parameter setting, temperature control, automatic detection and other functions, the thesis designs the software of work process of the control system. At last, the thesis tests the inequality in incubation temperature, stability in pressure, detection rate as well as the accuracy, coefficient of variation, linearity of determination results.The most important contributions of the thesis are listed as follows:(1)To solve the problems of the stepping motor's inaccuracy in open-loop control way, the thesis adopts the s-curve control and assisted location method using photoelectric sensor,which increases the positioning accuracy and running efficiency of the instrument.(2)To solve the problems of the current detection using thermostatic dry bath method, the thesis proposes circulating thermostatic dry bath method, which improves the stability and uniformity of incubation temperature.(3)To solve the problem of cross-contamination caused by the instability of the fluid pressure, the thesis designs the excellent waterway control scheme, which improves the accuracy of the detection result.(4)To improve the detection efficiency of the instrument, the thesis adopts the state machine to realize the detect task.Finally, the thesis implements the design of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. After repeated testing, the result shows that the analyzer can test 128 sample per hour. Also, the accuracy, coefficient of variation, stability and other indexes.have reached the national standardas well as. For the system designed by the thesis have reached the expected target, the analyzer has been delivered to the customer for verification.
