The experiment confirmed Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake has vernalization in 2009-2014, which is an important scientific discovery, humanity began to realize that the algae need the process of low temperature in annual activities. In order to understand the condition of the large outbreak Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake, we need to understand the relationship between the induced low temperature and algal growth promotion after the dormancy of the algae by high temperature, the vernalization process of the algae large outbreak, as well as the relationship between the mutative low temperature in winter and vernalization process of the algae and so on, to this end, we conducted the variable temperature experiments of a variety of low temperature and continuous experiment of the optimal inductive temperature, analyzing the relationship between the vernalization process and induced low temperature, studying the vernalization process of the algal growth promotion after the dormancy of the algae by high temperature and the greatest growth of algae vernalization process, the masking effect between the low temperature, the cumulative effect between the intermittent vernalization process and so on.The results and conclusions were as follows:results and analysis:(1) At the experiment of the vernalization process of the algal growth promotion(inductive time/inductive low temperature), after dormancy of the algae by 31?,the relationship between the shortest inductive time and temperature was a “V”, the vernalization process of the algal growth promotion were 12h/14??11h/13??9h/12??7h/11??6h/10??7h/9??8h/8??10h/7?. Among of the results, 10 ? was optimal inductive temperature.(2) At the experiment of the largest vernalization process, the algae growth increases with the extension of inductive time, the growth rate was positively correlated with the induction time. When 10? dealt with algae 45 d, the algae growth rate was from 17.7% raise to 42.2%. It showed that the algae was dealt with 10?, the vernalization process of the largest algae growth rate was 45d/10?.(3) At the covering experiment between low temperature, when the temperature was reduced from 14 ? ? 13 ? ? 12 ? ? 11 ? ? 10 ?, the algae growth rate rose from 1.1% to 27.0%; When the temperature was reduced from 10 ? ? 9 ? ? 8 ? ? 7 ?, the algae growth rate decreased from 27.0% to 3.8%,showed that there was masking effect between induced low temperature.(4) At the experiment of cumulative effect of vernalization in low temperature, when the temperature was reduced from 14 ? ? 13 ? ? 12 ? ? 11 ? ? 10 ?, the algae was intermittent dealt with under 10 ? was 12 d, the growth rate was 27.0% at 12 d, which consist with the growth rate when the 10 ? continuous treatment 12 d, showed that there have a cumulative effect between the induced low temperature. When the temperature was reduced from 10 ? ? 9 ? ? 8 ? ? 7 ?, there does not have a cumulative effect.(5) At the experiment of the saturation density in Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake, algal growth trend after a low temperature after induction were: the algae grew slowly? the algae grew fastly?the algae grew steady?the algae died gradually, the saturation density of algae was 1010?/L when the algae grew steady.(6) After discussing and analyzing the definition of the Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake, the optimum growth temperature of Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake is 19?, the optimum growth temperature of Microcystis aeruginosa in Taihu Lake is 25?.Analysis conclusion:(1) The vernalization process of the algal growth promotion was shorest under the optimal low temperature.(2) The outbreak of Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake requires specific vernalization process(low temperature process).(3) The vernalization of strong low temperature masked the vernalization of weak low temperature, while the masking effect was transitory during 10~7?.(4) The intermittent vernalization process of strongest low temperature had cumulative effect during 14 ~ 10 ?, while the intermittent vernalization process of strongest low temperature didn't have cumulative effect during 10~7?.(5) The saturation density of algae was 1010 ?/L after inducing by low temperature.(6) Microcystis aeruginosa which grew in Dianchi Lake is an ecotype of Microcystis aeruginosa adapted to the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau lakes, that is Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake.
