The large coal mine machinery equipment structure is very complex, not only contains various components, and its actual working condition is bad, there must be a certain amount of risk and uncertainty, that makes some workers that step into coal industry preliminarily hard to imagine the construction and operation scenario of coal mine machinery and equipments, that could lead to many barriers and inconvenience for product research and development, finally cause the design and development of repeatability and serious waste of resources. At present, the need to develop an integrated platform of coal mining machinery and equipment of all kinds of knowledge resources, providing a new way for enterprises related to coal mine machinery and equipments, can be able to understand the structure, assembling and operation scenarios of the coal mining machinery and equipments more quickly, to shorten the design cycle and improve the efficiency of research and development.To establish a WebGL-based digital model integration platform of mining machinery and equipments for coal winning machine, boring machine, scraper conveyor, belt conveyor, hydraulic support and mine hoist. The overall structureand operation mechanism of the platform are described in detail. The digital models are created by UG, Pro/E and Solidworks, the development platform is used as Dreamweawer CS5 and Visual Studio 2010, the background technical support provided by SQL Server 2008, and the trouble of installing render widget for showing 3D model is eliminated by WebGL technology, building the Web-based digital model integration platform of mining machinery and equipments.WebGL(Web Graphics Library) technology used its unique 3d graphics standard, integrated in browser with supporting of GPU acceleration after HTML 5 canvas hardware accelerated rendering, without installing the applet,flash and activex plug-in, can realize 3d model display and scene simulation,present the complex data visualization, can show 3d digital model in mobile terminal and PC at the same time. Coupled with the Javascript library constantly creating SceneJS, OBJLoader.js, WebGLU, Three.js, TrackballControls.js and some other different 3D graphics applications etc. it's easier to display the mechanical product model.Platform uses HTML 5 language to provide web video element to play video, allowing developers to embed the video into web page directly without installing any third-party plug-ins, makes the web developers integrate the network video content and a variety of other content more easily, the network video broadcast becomes more fluently at the same time, and have the advantage of showing in the PC and mobile terminal. Also, the code becomes simple andnon redundant and loades fast.At present, it's lack of the platform about coal mining machinery and equipments and the type of coal mine machinery equipments is simplistic at home. Through the establishment of the WebGL-based digital model integration platform of mining machinery and equipments, for coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises, using units, college students' education and training industry to display the structure, design, and operation scenario of the coal mining machinery and equipments, in order to supply uniform auxiliary solution for such user groups, finally to improve resource utilization and reach the purpose of strengthening the public information sharing.
