In order to control mine internal-caused fire, at home and abroad had adopted various measures preventing and extinguishing the fire. Different fire prevention measures of application were in different circumstances had obtained the good effect on preventing and extinguishing the fire, but still had some shortcomings. According to the above problems, this paper put forward the concept of fly ash suspended colloid, the study of specialized fire extinguishing effect on the performance of the fly ash suspended colloid was less, the paper launched the properties of fly ash suspension colloid and the study of effect of the inhibitor for the coal.Surface chemistry and colloid chemistry knowledge was applied in this article, by adopting the method of comparison and analysis of suspended colloid stability of fly ash were studied, only the 2 kinds of suspending agent of label SC3 and SC8's stability effect was the best in the eight kinds of suspending agent, choose the fly ash mixture of the two kinds of suspending agent suspension colloid to analyze the effect of the inhibitor.Using the temperature programmed with gas chromatography coupled method analysed the effect of the inhibitor for the coal. First of all, on the basis of coal temperature and oxygen consumption rate and gas generation, we screened CH4?C2H4and CO gas for the study of index gases, CO2 was auxiliary reference gas; Then the effection of fly ash suspended colloid on the oxidation of long bituminous coal with highest volatile was analysised, the result was that 0.5% of the fly ash suspension colloid couldn't be used as the inhibitor agent, 1%, 1.5% and 2% of fly ash suspension colloid influence on the oxygen consumption rate and gas generation was relatively better, depending on other factors such as cost, 1% fly ash suspended colloid was choosed for quantitative analysis of the effect of the inhibitor; Finally, according to the analyses of resistance rates, the conclusion of "Fly ash suspended colloid had certain effect of the inhibitor to lower metamorphic grade of coal sample, could be used as inhibitor for the low metamorphic grade of long bituminous coal" was acquired, which was prepared for the angle of theoretical analysis for the further application of fly ash suspended colloid.
