In recent years, the field of industrial production has generated strong interest on data analysis technology, the main reason is that the production line has produced a large amount of data, which contains a lot of information and knowledge about production process. The information and knowledge in the data plays an important role in enterprise’s production and management. It can bring huge economic benefits for the enterprise and save human resources. But now the problem is how to obtain the information.In this paper, a year of historical production data containing 20 parameters has been collected from the production line of tobacco enterprise, including the structure of tobacco flake, the frequency of fan and the frequency of roll machine. According to the characteristics of the data and subject mission requirements, use the technology of Principal Component Analysis to analyze the data in the platform of MATLAB. Through this way, find out which is more important to affect the tobacco flake. According to the result of data analysis, establish a mode, which contains tobacco flake, the frequency of roll machine and the frequency of fan machine. Based on the knowledge of pattern matching, this mode can be used to set up the automatic control mathematical model, which is used to develop the feedback control system. The control system will decide whether to adjust the roller machine and fan frequency according to the result of sampling and the setting range of large and medium tobacco flake. The system will consider how to adjust and adjust how many to make the rate of large and medium tobacco flake in a predetermined range.This paper chooses CA25 A online tobacco flake vibrating separator as the research object, analyzes the production process and control requirements and does careful study on the problem of the data communication between the industrial control computer and PLC. In the development platform of Visual Studio 2008 and SET7-Micro/WIN V5.1programming software, the control system of CA25 A online tobacco flake vibrating separator is completed. Besides, this paper studies the technology, which is how to use Access database to store data based on.NET. We use the ADO.NET technology to connect to the database, and put the data of roller machine and fan frequency into the Access database tables.Finally, through the test of industrial production site, the feedback control software has high accuracy and stability, and has achieved the expected design goal. Now the control system has been delivered to the enterprise and is running on the production line. It improves the automation level of the enterprise and management of production information. Also, the result of this paper has important reference significance to other related enterprise about data analysis.
