The rapid development of network communications and embedded technologies are also driving the oil safe production towards a more intelligent and more secure direction, Therefore, this article oilfield monitoring system designed for embedded platform is oil production in order to achieve security monitoring and early warning and forecasting production accidents, to achieve lower overall costs, be more secure petroleum production environment.The system of monitoring terminal use low-power high-performance open source Linux system ARMS3C2440 and build a development platform for ZigBee coordinator for oil exploration environment real-time monitoring. System design simultaneously transplanted USB camera module, you can carry out oil exploration area of video data acquisition, and through monitoring terminal integrated WebRTC technology to environmental information and data as well as audio and video multimedia data collected by sensors forwards. Oilfield Employees can support WebRTC’s computer or handheld devices in a real-time video surveillance and access to real-time data submitted to the sensor in any networked places.
