With the development of the 3d printing, this new craft have been in bio-medical field. In the medical model manufacturing, tissue regeneration and repair of clinical treatment and drug development testing and other fields has been widely applied. In these applications, the most widely used at present stage is dental materials field. The application of one of the most important is to make porcelain fused to metal crown(PFM)'s metal tank. The medical CoCrMo alloy is the main material of making metal tank. This material is non-toxic, no carcinogens, no mutagenic distortion. Because of there are not so high ceramic-metal bonding strength and not enough corrosion resistance and so on in traditional casting craft. This paper used laser selective melting to make CoCr Mo alloy, though comparing the performance of traditional casting craft and 3d printing craft in making Co-Cr alloy metal tank. We finding SLM CoCrMo alloy have better surface properties. The samples which made by SLM had more mature linear coefficient of thermal expansion with dentin porcelain. This characteristic can effectively add the ceramic-metal bonding performance of metal tank. Though the tensile testing of this paper, we found SLM craft can increase material mechanical property compared to traditional casting samples. Heat treatment of adding 500 ? to keep 4 hours then furnace cooling could effectively adding 3d printing CoCrMo alloy's ceramic-metal bonding property, mechanical property and corrosion resistance property, but it can reduce SLM craft samples' tenacity. Paper examine CoCrMo alloys' phase diagram and analysis other articles, finding a new 1000? keep 4 hour and air cooling to house temperature heat treatment. This heat treatment could effective adding material tenacity and keeping the 3d printing high mechanical property, this phenomenon mainly due to Cr23C6 phase determine. At last this paper is focus on comparing the performance traditional casting craft and 3d printing craft in making CoCr alloy metal tank. The performance is mechanical properties and physical and chemical properties. Find their characteristics and Find out the reason why there are differences between them. Find how coefficient of thermal expansion and surface affect ceramic-metal bonding property. Different heat treatment could effect 3d printing alloy, good surface and oxidation decide 3d printing alloy corrosion resistance. In the future, paper will have some deep level research about 3d-printing alloy, and more through subsequent processing to improve the performance of 3d printing CoCrMo alloy will be found.
