With the rapid development of China's urbanization and industrialization,the airpollution has become a major problem in the current environmental pollution. This is a threat for human health. In January 4,2014,the National Office for Disaster Reduction,Ministry of Civil Affairs Bullet in 2013 natural disaster,took first step to cope with the problems caused by fog and mist. Therefore,we design and prepare an effective method to solve the dust pollution in the air and filter it from the source material,which was a major issue for healthy livelihood.Traditional nonwoven filter materials have a good filter performance for micron size particles, but not in the filtration performance especially for nano-scale particulate material, and the antibacterial functional filter material is much lesser. Electrospinning is a basic but powerful technique to fabricate materials in nano- to sub-micro scale level,thus firstly, PVDF was electrospun by adjusting the processing parameters of different concentrations of PVDF nanofibrous membrane. The morphology of as-spun nanofibrous membranes were characterized by using SEM. The filtration performance and the mechanical properties on the structure and morphology of PVDF fibrous membranes were characterized and the optimum concentration of PVDF(15 wt%) was used for detailed investigation. Secondly, in order to overcome the weak mechanical properties and to decrease the packing density,PSU was added,and the optimum concentration of PSU(26 wt%) was used for detailed investigation.We adjusted the time scale and the ratio of jets to comprehensively balanced the filtration performance and mechanical property. Finally we identified the ratio of the nozzle as 1/4.Antibacterial agent(SCJ-891) was added to improve the antibacterial property. By adjusting the concentrations of SCJ-891 within the PVDF and PSU respectively, asspunmembranes have shown excellent antibacterial property. The experimental results show that when the content of SCJ- 891 is added to 5%, the PVDF/PSU fiber membrane filtration's efficiency and pressure resistance were 99.948% and 33 Pa.According to the requirements of the different work environment, we choose fiber membranes that of different grammage to meet the needs of actual filtration efficiency and pressure drop resistance.When the fiber membrane grammage about 20 g/m2,air flow rate is 32 L/min,the filtration efficiency reached 99.948%, pressure resistance is only 34 Pa.After the grammage of fiber membrane is determined, we studied the different wind speed on the fiber membrane filtration performance and pressure resistance, when the wind speed increased from 10 L/min to 90 L/min, the filtering efficiency of sodium chloride aerosol particles decreased from 99.995% to 91.142%.
