Paper-making industry consumes huge energy and results serious environment pollution.With the continuous rapid development of paper industry, the consumption of natural resource used in original pulp paper-making process is increasing,and it brings more and more burden to environment.Cause of the implementation of environment protection policies,waste paper pulp proportion in the pulp source is increasing.Waste paper pulping process produce lots of paper-making scraps,so,it is urgent to find an effective way to deal with such scraps.Under this condition,if it can realize the recycling of paper-making scrap,it will not only can solve the pollution problem,but also can effectively save energy resource and protect the ecological environment.And it has great significance in resisting sustainable development road today.Firstly,this paper analyzed the composition characteristics and each component proportion in paper-making scraps,and proposed the process of using paper-making scraps produce building templates;Studied the paper-making scraps' rheological property through rheological experiment,analyzed the relationship between viscosity and shear rate and temperature;Fitted the experimental data with Matlab,and calculated the paper scrap viscous parameters,this provided theoretical reference for the further study on paper-making scrap.Secondly,simulated the melt conveying process of paper-making scraps in single screw extruder with FLUENT based on the rheological experiment,and analyzed the flow field distribution. Considered screw edge-barrel clearance as a variable, observe the impact of its changes on velocity field?pressure field?temperature field in single-screw extruder melt conveying section.And it can provide reference for the structure design of single screw extruder conveying section.Finally,used finite element method to simulate the actual working conditions of building templates,and obtained that it meet the use requirement; Finished preparing the template on a company's existing platform,obtained its mechanical property parameters through tensile ? bending and impact tests.This further proved the template meets use requirement,and has been verified in the actual construction.
