At present, fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology in our country application less, but its in today's circumstances have greater advantages,through the recovery of residual coal can extend the service life of the mine, to achieve the sustainable exploitation of the coal industry. The top coal recovery rate is low is the problem of mining technology can expand the need to solve the key problems in spreading. In this paper, the San Joaquin coal 1301 working surface of the actual situation, through the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, of top coal fragmentation mechanism, caving, in gob under the influence of working face roof coal movement law, different coal makes a systematic research on the influence of effect of coal, the study in 1301,preliminary application, and has obtained the satisfactory effect.First, of top coal breaking mechanism and top coal caving is analyzed, in consideration of various factors, using mathematical methods 1301 working face of top coal caving of the comprehensive evaluation, to collapse to take moderate difficulty, suitable for top coal caving technology exploitation. Secondly according to the dispersion medium similarity theory, using numerical simulation test method, on the condition of mining in fully mechanized top coalcaving on working face in different coal caving parameters of coal gangue flow field characteristics, to release rate and rate of gangue as the index of the entity,under the conditions of 2.5m*2m section gob and 6.0m*3.0m section of roadway in three different coal caving parameters, given the repeated mining face reasonable put coal parameters, and provides a theoretical basis for the field application. After repeated mining face presents a new caving method, namely skip from an old mining area caused the top coal loss region, the first caving,then the influence of old mining area of coal, and the discharge coal are analyzed, and determine the rationality and practicability. Through the measured San Hua Coal 1301 working face in fully mechanized top coal caving on mining working face of the process parameters(mining height, shearer cutting coal rate,stent shift frame rate, different put coal pitch and coal caving time) according to the production system measured(yield, number of feed, delay situation, boot rate) and numerical simulation analysis, analysis of calculation according to the different process the recovery and process time, further optimization of the interview process in the working face, for the comprehensive put mining working face production provide theoretical guidance.The results of this study is to fully put mining mining theory for the first time to explore research, enrich the repeated mining face of fully mechanized top coal caving process of scientific research, to guide the comprehensive put the practice of mining using certain guiding significance, and to promote the development of the technology and provides a sound theoretical basis andpractical experience.
