Sewage treatment equipment aims to make waste water clean enough to reach the effluent standard or be recycled. Many sewage treatment equipments made in China have some disadvantages. The TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A nickel-water treatment equipment of Yangzhou Jiajing Company is being studied here to improve its design calculation, layout and other properties.Not only a universal design platform is established, but also the whole layout is optimized. Meanwhile, the piping layout problem is solved and the reliability of the holder is proved. These are helpful for both the current product design and the future standardization. The main contents are as below:1. The design calculation of TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A is summarized to a generalflow, which is helpful for making a calculation platform in VB6.0. The calculation platform is tested by real data.2. Based on working theory and modularization theory, TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A is divided into six parts. After every part’s layout is optimized, the whole layout is completed by putting them together. The new layout of TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A occupies less room and looks better.3. The piping layout of TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A is a trouble. To solve the problem, a none-grid model is proposed. GA and VB are also used in this part.4. The last part designs a holder for TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A equipment. To ensure that the holder is strong enough, a linear static analysis for it is done. The holder is improved according to the analysis result and the slenderness is proved to be qualified. Finally, the 3D model of TFS-TNi-N-03-95-A is established in SolidWorks.
