Due to the low cost, low thermal conductivity and simple processing, Conductive polyaniline is a good thermoelectric materials. But it's low Seebeck coefficient and integrated thermoelectric performance limit its practical application. Traditional inorganic semiconductor thermoelectric materials are high conductivity and Seebeck, but it's thermal conductivity and price are high. So there has huge potential to prepare organic/inorganic nano thermoelectric materials. And recently the silver nano structure materials has drawn a great attention in its unique optical, electric and chemical properties.In this thesis, we use Conductive polyaniline (PANI) and silver nanoparticle(AgNPs) and silver nanowires(AgNWs) to prepare composite film with different nano-silver contents. And then study their structure (by XRD? SEM?TEM?UV-vis, etc.) and thermoelectric properties (conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and Power Factor). The main results are as follow:(1) Prepared AgNWs by Hydrothermal method, and change the formulation and preparation conditions to explore the best preparation conditions.(2) Using chemical oxidation method to prepare PANI. Then prepare AgNPs/PANI composite membrane with different AgNPs content and m-cresol as solvent, Camphorsulfonic acid(CSA) as dopant. And study the content of AgNPs changes affect the thermoelectric properties of composite. The results showed that the thermoelectric properties of film are higher than that of block materials, and AgNPs also improves the PF of composite membrane.(3) Preparing AgNWs/PANI composite membrane with different AgNWs content in two different methods(directly flow casting method and suction filtration method) and Camphorsulfonic acid(CSA) as dopant. Study the the content of AgNWs changes and preparing methods affect the thermoelectric properties of composite. And the results showed that AgNWs improves the PF of composite membrane, and suction filtration method is the much better method to prepare composite membrane with higher thermoelectric properties.
