Jilin fuel ethanol co., LTD., alcohol production equipment, through the technology of dry method and wet method after improvement will be made from corn broken starches, and then through the liquefaction, saccharification, fermentation, distillation, to the steps such as water output in accordance with the height of the vehicles use alcohol. In the process of distillation, the distillation tower wine degree is low, in order to guarantee the production of fuel ethanol, will not meet the requirements of the material into the molecular sieve dehydration, the product will not conform to the state of fuel ethanol production reached 99.5%(v/v) quality requirements, serious when still can cause dehydration system of moisture increased, the zeolite deactivation. Through this topic research, will solve distillation tower wine degree is low and the quality control technology such as molecular sieves products unqualified bottleneck, the industry formed a competitive, new technology of industrialization production requirements.This experiment based on 300000 tons/year in jilin fuel ethanol company fuel ethanol production line and combined with production practice, to improve the finished product ethanol wine of the three stages:into the cooking wine, rectifying section efficiency, molecular sieve system optimization, etc, the optimization research.For degerming granularity of pulping process, fermentation process of fermentation tank, in the process of fermentation temperature, fermentation system cleaning time, fermentation time and so on five aspects were studied. To prove that these factors contribute to the formation of ethanol in wine mature fermented mash of different levels, the influence of each on the one hand, restrict the production. Through the experiment, the control tower into the rice wine of the mature mash to produce the best process conditions: degerming pulping when crushing particle size 1 mm, fermentation tank ventilation rate of 750 m3/h, temperature 32? fermentation process, fermentation tank cleaning time 5 days,70 hours of fermentation. Validated by a month of continuous production under the condition of the ethanol content in mature fermented mash of 13.8%(V/V).Proof of rectification tower rectification period of the transformation, increase the packing have different degrees of influence on top of wine, because of the optimal value of considering economic benefit, the tower a maximum degree of ethanol in wine can reach 95%(V/V). Based on the above test, optimum process conditions of rectification tower:42 plate add 1 layer packing. Validated by a month of continuous production under the condition of the rectifying column top 95%(V/V) ethanol alcohol degrees.Proof of molecular sieve optimized adjustment of the program, run length on the finished product ethanol alcohol. Molecular sieve to run the program through the experiment, the best process conditions:the first step to pressure the purging molecular sieve for 2 minutes, the second step is to use vacuum pump to purge vacuum processing molecular sieve for 3 minutes, the third step of molecular sieves with alcohol on finished product and scavenging for 8 minutes to purge molecular sieve into alcohol on the fourth step 2 minutes for positive pressure processing. Validated by a month of continuous production under the condition of the finished product of 99.5%(V/V) ethanol alcohol degrees, reach the qualified standard.
