Due to the limitations of the materials performance of existing wood composite, researchers at home and abroad have been working to develop a variety of high performance, high stability polymer composites, in order to satisfy the demands of the use of building materials industry for high quality sheet.The paper used fly ash as core layer of composite sheet packing, with PVC resin as matrix, ASA and PVC/calcium carbonate as raw materials for the sheet cladding layer, systematically studied the influence of mesh and amount of fly ash, filling amount of calcium carbonate in PVC coated layer, coating thickness and coating of different coated layer to the processing performance, mechanical properties, microstructure and performance of composite sheet. And monitoring the production of the wear and tear of the screw. The specific content and results are as follows:1. Compared to 300 mesh fly ash filling, PVC/fly ash composite plate filled with 800 mesh has a better processing properties and mechanical properties; Comprehensive analysis shows that the foaming formulation which fly ash filling amount is 30% of and the hard formulation which fly ash filling amount is 55%.2. When the amount of calcium carbonate was 40% in the PVC coating layer and the thickness of the coating layer was 1.2mm, the mechanical properties of the coated sheet was the best. The mechanical properties of the coated sheet was the best when the thickness of ASA coating was 1.0mm.and The filling amount of fly ash in the core layer is 55%.3. When the thickness of the ASA coating layer is 0.8mm, and the filling amount of fly ash is 55% in the core layer, the whole coated hard plate has the best use performance, the most balanced warp degree and the change rate of the size after heating.4ćThrough the processing of screw wear monitoring, material composition and screw surface treatment methods have a significant impact on the life of the screw, The wear problem of the screw is mainly concentrated in the recirculation zone of the screw melt. |
