Carrot is a kind of common vegetables, have cultivated large areas in our country. Its seeds have good edible value and medicinal value, but it has not been good application, most of them are rotting in the fields. Radish seeds containing more fat, mostly unsaturated fatty acid, edible and medicinal value. Contains linoleic acid and linolenic acid is human body essential fatty acid, erucic acid and contains harmful to human body, if a large number of eating can lead to disease of heart head blood-vessel. The purpose of this paper is to adopt effective experimental method to separate the turnip seed oil of erucic acid, leaving the rest part of unsaturated fatty acids, beneficial to human body and the turnip seed oil after separation into edible products. The main work is as follows:This article first to the carrot seed oil contains fatty acid composition and content analysis, and analysis of detection means. Carrot seed oil contains 15 kinds of fatty acids, with high content of fatty acids with palmitic acid 5.25%, 17.16% oleic acid, linoleic acid 18.02% and linolenic acid 9.94%, peanut acid 7.49%, erucic acid 34.30%.Methyl adopt different method to determine the fatty acid content, the determining methods of methyl methyl alkaline into for triglycerides;Acid method as free fatty acid methyl ester method.This paper respectively centrifugation at low temperature, cooling crystallization and urea inclusion method, separate the turnip seed oil fatty acid. By means of urea inclusion, erucic acid content of a turnip seed oil can be reduced to below 5%, meet the national standard of edible. And condition of single factor optimization of urea inclusion method, so as to improve the yield of radish seed oil. When the material liquid ratio is 1:2:6, inclusion temperature was minus 20 degrees Celsius, the closure time of 12 h, as the best reaction conditions. Finally, the urea inclusion after extraction of erucic acid for further purification, the purity can reach more than 90%, and industry-specific erucic acid product is obtained.This article after the urea inclusion by spray drying means of radish seed oil processing, get the microcapsule products, and single factor optimization, the conditions for spray drying when fatty acid content was 22%, the solids concentration was 20%, the inlet air temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, carrot seed oil has the highest embedding rate can reach 92.55%, recovery rate reached 89.37%. The final determination of the residual amount of urea to edible standard.Spray drying microcapsule preparation can improve the stability of the original products, reduce fatty acids to contact with oxygen, reduce fatty acid oxidation rate.Combining fatty acids and skimmed milk powder, convenient people of unsaturated fatty acids in the diet, while drinking milk powder, added the human body essential fatty acids, is advantageous for the children and the elderly to eat.
