This paper aims to explore the influence of aggregates, plants and influent concentration on the effect of water quality purification of planting concrete respectively based on the former researches, and analyze the microbial community composition of planting concrete as well as the mechanism of water purification. The main research result goes as follows:The effects of water quality purification of planting concrete of different aggregates were studied in this paper. Three different porous were zeolite, slogans and gravel. The experimental results showed that under the condition of keeping the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and CODcr in the influent 5mg/L, 1mg/L and 60.0mg/L, the nitrogen removal effect of zeolite planting concrete to ammonia nitrogen and CODcr is best under the condition of dynamic test, and its removal rate was 75.8%, 75.8% after 30 days. But the total phosphorus removal effect of vegetative steel slag concrete was 81%.Many plants can produce different degree of influence to water purification quality of planting concrete. The planting concrete's effect of planting Bahia grass to remove ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus is better than that of Bermuda grass and white clover planting concrete. However, the effect of Planting Bermuda grass planting concrete to remove CODcr is better than that of Bahia grass and white clover planting concrete, and its water ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, CODcr keep 5.0 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L, 60.0 mg/L respectively. Under the condition of dynamic test, the removal rate of Bahia grass planting concrete for Ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus are 75.68%?77.08% respectively in the 30 days, while the CODcr removal rate of Bermuda grass on planting concrete is 68.3%.Plant is an indispensable important component to planting concrete in purification system of its water quality. By comparing the purification effect of planting concrete which planted some plants and with unplanted some plants, we find that different kinds of plants to the effect of water purification are different in planting concrete.There is a certain degree of influence between the water concentration and the effect of water purification in planting concrete. Removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus decrease with the increase of the water concentration, while the removal rates of CODcr increases with the increase of the water concentration.With high throughput sequencing, the categories and relative abundance of microorganisms inside planting concretes have been studied. The results suggest large number of categories and high abundance of microorganisms inside planting concrete; the water purifying effect of the planting concrete is correlated to the community structure of the microorganisms; the ammonia oxidizing bacteria, phosphorus removing bacteria, bacteria abundance and community diversity of the planting concrete can influence the removal effect for ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and CODcr respectively. The percentage of ammonia oxidizing bacteria among total bacteria in zeolite planting concrete, slogans plating concrete and gravel planting concrete are 0.64%, 0.28% and 0.31% respectively, indicating obvious high content of ammonia oxidizing bacteria in zeolite planting concrete than the other two types of planting concrete, therefore zeolite planting concrete has better removal effect for ammonia nitrogen. 0.01% acinetobacter and 1.77% pseudomonas are observed in slogans planting concrete, while in zeolite planting concrete and gravel planting concrete, only few pseudomonas are observed, 0.03% and 0.15% respectively. Therefore, slogans planting concrete features better removal effect for total phosphorus. The OTU, ace, chao and shannon indexes of zeolite planting concrete are 1345, 1652, 1650 and 6.04 respectively, which are all higher than the indexes in slogans planting concrete and gravel planting concrete, suggesting better removal effect for CODcr than the later two types of planting concrete.
