Sodium citrate is currently one of the most important citrate,it in food,medicine,chemical industry and building industry many industries use a very wide range,such as global demand is bigger and bigger now.Now the finished product produced by some enterprises have different quality varies,each enterprise is not scientific and perfect production process.In view of the production status in this paper is mainly to citric acid sodium citrate and sodium hydroxide reaction production technology do some research,to seek the best process parameters during production to optimize the production process in order to improve the quality of the finished product.This paper studies the main content is: The first part of different quality of raw material to produce sodium citrate experimental comparison,the result is raw materials directly influences the quality of the products of each process index.Citric acid raw material light transmittance of 97% membrane scores more than 9 points,sodium hydroxide material light transmittance of 94% membrane scored 8 points finished product quality is best.The second part of neutralization process of neutralization reaction PH value,the material temperature,reaction time and pressure several main factors affecting the experiment,the optimum technological parameters of producing sodium citrate: neutral PH at 6.7,pressure and temperature at 80 ℃,reaction time,40 minutes the purity of the product and finished product index is best.On the third part of the filtering process to use the filter cloth,diatomite quality using effect comparison,from the results to choose polypropylene multifilament twill long fiber filter cloth,LinQu new source production diatomite filtration effect best,at this time of process control is the best.The fourth part studied the mother liquor processing craft,the test proved that using activated carbon for crown Po lam decoloring effect is best.After the influence factors on the decoloring effect of impact test,the test proved that mother liquor decoloring temperature 50 ℃,decoloring time 40 minutes,activated carbon content of 1.5% is the best decoloring technique selection.Fifth part enrichment crystallization process was studied,and the stirring speed,evaporation temperature,vacuum,feed concentration and adding amount on the seed enrichment studied the influence of crystallization process,the results show that stirring speed frequency for36 hz,evaporation temperature of 71 ℃,vacuum-0.075 MPa,1370 g/L feed concentration,addition amount was 1.0% for improving the seed crystal size and finished product packing density has the best effect.
