Erythritol is a biological sweetener,it possesses unique physicochemical and biological characteristics.It has many advantages,such as low in calories,high stability,not involved in glucose metabolism,safe,no toxic effects.It was widely used in food and health care products.Currently,the market of erythritol within worldwide is more about 30 million metric tons,but the productivity is around 50,000 tons.The total productivity in our country is only about 10,000 tons,can hardly suffice the market demand.With the development of science and healthy consciousness,the new application of erythritol will developed continuously,the consumer demand will inevitably continue to rise and the prospects of the market is brightly.In this paper,series of mutation method were used,and finally determined the ultraviolet mutagenic treatment,at last the high-yielded strain UV4 was acquired.The level of fermentation was improved to 18.5%,increased more than 20% compared with the original technology,and the repeated experiments acquired a steady result.The purity of erythritol in total solid substance more than 90% after fermentation through best control,meanwhile combining automatic swallowing spittle technology,mixed fermentation technology and fed-fermentation,meanwhile reduce the amount of defoamer more than 70%,and the fermentation time was shorted within 100h;After fermentation the feed solution was concentrated and crystallized,the waste liquor was processed by membrane separation-Yarrowia lipolytica purification biotechnology.At first,filtration using nano-filtration membrane,the permeate liquid entered into concentration and crystallization process.The waste liquid cultured with Yarrowia lipolytica to consumption other components.After fermentation the feed solution filtered by ceramic membrane filtration,then entered into concentration and crystallization process,at last the recovery of erythritol were realized.The statistics analysis data showed that the recovery rate of erythritol is about 74~75%,the total yield more than 90%.This technology increased the economic efficience.The production accorded with the national standard through stability experiment.
