| In order to improve the performance of some special paper indicators,it has become a trend to add raw material into chemical fiber,but the strength and the evenness of paper are affected after the mixture.So this paper studied on the enhancement of chemical fiber paper and its mechanism.First,it studied on the characteristics and properties of the chemical fiber used in papermaking.We can conclude that: The average length of the polyolefin fibers was 4.373 mm,average width was 16.21μm,and fiber coarseness was 1.07mm/m.Observed by environmental scanning electron microscope SEM,the fiber was cylindrical bundle and neat.And the surface is covered with a layer of grease,which had a certain impact on the dispersion of the fibers,and the fiber needed washing.Polyolefin fibers was poorly hydrophilic,low moisture absorption rate was only 0.263 ‰,ES fiber had a strong acid corrosion after treatment in acid solution,acid loss rate was less than 10% and alkaline loss rate was less than 2%.The fiber’s length is long,which is difficult for the dispersion.According to the requirements of specialty materials,chemical fibers are generally cut to a length greater than 3mm.Polyolefin fibers is poorly hydrophilic,and this paper researched on the polyolefin fiber dispersion.The sheet fibrous network was based on the pulp consistency.Dubbed the polyolefin fiber suspension pulp consistency of 0.04%,in favor of fiber dispersion and stable fibrous network,fiber sedimentation volume is up to 117 ml.Plant fiber beating process can effectively cut off the long fibers,and fiber-generating sub-wire broom,but the chemical fiber beating grow while the number of revolutions of the beating of polyolefin fiber can be harmed,aggravated fiber deformation,even intertwined by fiber bonding,forming a pimple that cannot be dissociated.Beating low number of revolutions can soften the fibers,but increase refining energy;therefore,chemical fiber recommended way is to ease slightly.The polyolefin fiber modification can effectively improve the dispersion of the fibers,using 2g Milosevic acid modified polyolefin fiber coating,fiber sedimentation volume of 525 ml,or using a mass fraction of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid on polyolefin fiber graft-modified,the sedimentation volume of 375 ml.This could improve the fiber dispersion effect.Prepared chemical fiber paper,and then measured the strength properties of chemical fiber paper to explore the enhancement.In this study,chemical fiber paper is hot pressed and dried The pressing temperature was 133 ℃,and pressing time was 3min to make sure the strength of the sheet was the best.Because when the temperature and time reached a certain value,the surface layer-polyethylene of ES fibers began melting combined with multi-point contact into a sheet combination.When the strength of the sheet reached the optimum value,and the tensile index was 36.2Nm/g.Meldrum acid-modified polyolefin fibers coated on the surface of the fibers,because the Meldrum acid molecular structure has two carboxyl groups,which could improve the fiber dispersion and the sheet formation.When it is hot dried,the fiber was coated with Meldrum acids form hydrogen bonding.While the fibers themselves fusion bonding,both binding forces on the sheet strength play an enhanced role in the sheet.The dry and wet tensile index were 38.0 Nm/g and 35.3 Nm/g,and the pore size mainly distributed in the sheet between 15 ~ 25μm.The average length of the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber was 1.322 mm,the average width was 14.97μm,and fiber coarseness was 0.280mg/m.When added in an amount of 20% of the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber mixed with polyolefin fiber to papermaking,polyvinyl alcohol fiber pretreatment of 8 min,until it reached swollen state,added to the pulp suspension.The melting point of polyvinyl alcohol fiber was less than polyolefin fiber.When the press was drying,polyvinyl alcohol fiber and ES fiber began to form a firm "welding" structure,increase the "weld" between the fibers,and the polyolefin fiber frame support frame is built to enhance chemical fiber paper.The dry and wet tensile index reached the 26.8Nm/g and 25.9Nm/g. |
