Titanium alloy material is a kind of important metal structure material, which has the advantages of low density, high specific strength, low temperature performance, good corrosion resistance and so on. Compared to the magnesium alloy and high temperature alloy, it has more excellent comprehensive performance,and using aspects are expanding,which are mainly used in the field of aerospace in recent years.Titanium alloy,as an important material used in aero engine, was used for the machining of turbine blades, turbine blade, and it can also be used as artificial satellites, spacecraft, and etc.In addition, titanium alloy tube is widely used in the field of military, marine, petroleum and chemical because of its characteristics of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance,which are mainly for manufacturing guns tube, submersibles, condenser and other components.The surface quality of the parts directly affects its performance, so it is necessary to improve the surface quality of the parts.But because of poor performance of grinding of titanium alloy,using the traditional processing method is hard to meet the processing requirements.In this paper, the method of electrochemical magnetic abrasive finishing is put forward.Electrochemical magnetic abrasive finishing is a kind of method to remove metal materials by using electrochemical anodic dissolution and magnetic abrasive finishing.The method not only maintains the advantages of the processing technology, but also reasonable and effective in combination, so it is suitable for the majority of metal materials.In this paper, according to the principle of the design of electrochemicalmagnetic abrasive composite finishing device, the corresponding electrochemical magnetic abrasive composite finishing test device was designed for the plane and the inner surface of the tube.According to the analyzed electrochemical properties of titanium alloy, then put forward the method of using electrochemical magnetic abrasive finishing machining of titanium alloy on the innersurface of the tube. An experimental device for electrochemical magnetic abrasive finishing was designed.Compared with magnetic abrasive finishing and electrochemical finishing, surface roughness, surface topography, friction wear behavior, surface residual stress and energy spectrum were observed and detected.The experimental results are as follows: Compared with electrochemical finishing(EF) and magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF), the surface roughness of electrochemical magnetic abrasive compound finishing(EMACF) can reachRa0.2?m, material removal rate and surface topography in the same processingtime.Compared with the magnetic abrasive finishing, the material removal form of the compound finishing is easier to obtain a better surface processing quality. The material removal rate and finishing efficiency can be improved significantly. Surface morphology was significantly better than the other two processing methods. The chemical composition and surface properties of the original materials were well maintained. The surface can be transformed into a compressive stress state of about-200 Mpa, which can obtain a better surface stress state.
