Beam is an important part of no molding machine LMCX530, the main structure of the utility model is a box body structure, this structure for beam can effectively reduce the influence of cutting force for processing, the vibration of the beam also has certain restraint effect. The structure design of the beam is not reasonable, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the lathe to ensure that the material is wasted. So the dynamic and static characteristics of the beam is one of the key factors to ensure the excellent performance of the vehicle, which is the foundation of the structure design and optimal design.The no molding machine beams in LMCX530 as the object of study by 3D solid modeling and finite element analysis method, analyzing and demonstrating the strength of beam structure, stiffness and natural frequency, vibration mode and structural optimization problems. The main contents are as follows:(1) In static analysis, by Solid Works software for 3D modeling, and often appear in the actual beam bending and torsion under two different conditions. The numerical simulation and analysis of the obtained beam under this condition should be force and deformation cloud cloud and its maximum stress, maximum deformation value and determine the risk where the parts with finite element analysis method.(2) In dynamic analysis, by using finite element analysis method of the beam were carried out modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. In the modal analysis to obtain the beam in the constraint conditions of the first ten order inherent frequency and vibration type, harmonic response analysis to determine the periodic ground excitation beam on different points of maximum amplitude and range and provide a reference basis for the optimization of beam structure.(3) The beam of the parametric modeling, and the use of the optimization module in ANSYS Workbench14.0, to beam wall thickness as the design variables, to stress as constraint conditions, with the total volume of the beam for objective function on the beam structure of optimization analysis, beam in satisfy the machining accuracy of the machine tool, the lightest weight, the maximum stiffness of crossbeam structure size. And optimized beam structure of static analysis and modal analysis, shows that optimization of the stiffness, the maximum equivalent stress increased, first ten order natural frequencies have varying degrees of decline, the whole weight of the beam reduce the moving, to achieve the desired objective.
