| Now,aerospace engines,turbines and other parts use various types of overall structure components,such as integral impeller,pelton turbines and other complex three-dimensional structure cavities that contains various shaped surfaces and all kinds of larger curvature,etc.,how to complete the processing with high efficiency and high-quality manufacturing process is difficult.Considering the processing characteristics of the narrow dippers class structure,this paper takes pelton turbine as the example and takes the CNC machining programming for pelton whole profile with CNC machining method.Domestic manufacturing of pelton runner is behind and lacks specific five-axis machine to machining pelton.So this study uses the three-axis CNC machine with a tool rotary to achieve the four coordinate overall Pelton CNC machining.And plunge milling methods is proposed to rough machine the inner surface of pelton runner for pelton turbines.And taking more constraint surface interference in narrow space and other problems into account,this test plunges the study of knife go route planning and generates the most excellent plunge milling tool paths based on the processing requirements to maximize the removal of coarse allowance,so it achieves efficient roughing milling of impulse turbine plunge.Specific studies are as follows.First,this article takes the dimensional product pictures of impulse turbine plunge as the basis to measure and calculate runner entities.The basic principles of curves and surfaces are used to make the three-dimensional solid modeling of wheel pelton by the way of point→line→area→body with UG/CAD software.Secondly,considering the structural characteristics of Pelton wheel,the study presents a NC machining program of overall four coordinates.According to processing characteristics of pelton runner,the paper determines the selection of materials and the overall structure of the tool.And it selects the appropriate wayof milling and milling parameters.On this basis,this paper makes the overall processing program and processing parameters of pelton runner.Again,according to the planned technology programs of pelton runner,the test uses UG to make the computer simulation process of Pelton runner to generate a reasonable tool path.And feed path of roughing plunge milling is optimized to achieve efficient roughing plunge milling of Pelton.Then NC programming tool path generates the NC program.Finally,VERICUT software is used to simulate the generated machining program of Pelton to check the interference and collision simulation of the tool path.And cutting parameters is optimized to improve the efficiency of the actual processing.The optimized program is imported into machine for the actual processing of Pelton runner to verify the feasibility of the process and the tool path. |
