As the capillary electrophoresis method has advantages,For example,fast analysis speed,high separate rate,high sensitivity,less sample,simple operation and so on,so it is widely used in the field of the analytical chemistry.From 21 st century,it is widely used for capillary electrophoresis combined with other various analysis methods,for example,capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence(CE-CL),capillary electrophoresis-electrochemiluminescence(CE-ECL),capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry(CE-MS),capillary electrophoresis ultraviolet spectrophotometry(CE-UV)and capillary electrophoresis fluorescence(CE-LIF)etc.These new combination inspection methods hugely improved to use the capillary electrophoresis to detecting samples.This paper mainly represent to use capillary electrophoresis with chemiluminescence to determine the ?-carotene in vegetable and Chiral separation of 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine enantiomers by modified Capillary Electrophoresis.It described some factors to influence the determination of ?-carotene and 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine with different test conditions.And finally confirmed the best testing conditions.As for the chemical properties and spatial structures are similar between 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine enantiomers,it is more difficult to test these two substances in the same determination.The same determination these two substances come true with capillary electrophoresis in paper.We obtain the optimal separation-experimental conditions between 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine enantiomers: The selection of separation voltage,The selection of detection wavelength,The selection of buffer,The selection of phosphate buffer pH value and concentration,The effect of temperature,PH.separation time experimentconditions.To make the pre-dispose for the ?-carotene by Liquid-liquid microextraction-high performance.According to the experimental datas,influence factors such as organic solvents,extraction times,and stirring rate and so on,Finally confirmed the best testing conditions with using Liquid-liquid microextraction-high performance to test ?-carotene.
