Research On Coal Gasification Technology For Huochen

This paper has fully studied Huochen coal property and therefore derived Huochen coal property representative data.Based on the coal property representative data and current world popular coal gasification technology, it has studyed the gasification technology pros and cons that applied to Huocheng SNG Project with analysis of gasification technological advantage and reliability technology matchability;etc.Meanwhile, it has taken fully consideration of plant size matchability,SNG plant investment and environment friendly analysis. It also has introduced weight factor to each gasification slection requirement items and got a comprehensive assessment result. In the end, it proposes to use GSP gasification process for Huocheng project with the result. In additioan, it use 3D simulation software to buid gasification unit layout model, therefore obtains GSP pulverized coal gasification process. In this paper, it also simulated the gasification material balance calculation with ASPENPLUS process simulation software, and figure out main parameter for the major critical equipment. The research of this paper is one of the basic reference for the gasification technology selection in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to develop coal chemical project with Huochen coal.
