| Electrospinning is a clean and efficient method for the preparation of polymer nanofiber. Nanofiber membranes prepared by electrospinning have high porosity, large length-diameter ratio, uniform diameter distribution and other characteristic, have been widely used in bio-medical, sensor membrane, filtration barrier materials, transparent reinforced materials and other fields. In this paper, nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning technique, and used in the areas of functional materials and structural materials. Through the exploration of different polymers and spinning process, we prepared hybrid nanofiber membrane of soy protein isolate (SPI)/polyving akohol (PVA) and polyetherimide (PEI) nanofiber membrane, applied in high performance air filters and carbon fiber laminated composites interlaminar toughening. This is the research and innovation of the application of electrospinning technology in functional materials and structural materials.Air pollution problems become serious in the process of industrialization, PM2.5 particles are small, and harmful to people’s respiratory system, immune system when enter the body of people. In this paper, we prepared (SPI/PVA) nanofiber membrane by electrospinning, filtration efficiency of SPI/PVA(2:1) nanofiber membrane is as high as 99.99%, air resistance is less than 269Pa, it also has a certain effect on Escherichia coli and is approved bio-degradable.Interlayer of carbon fiber resin composite is weak, layer cracks appear in the loading process and cause material damage. High-performance engineering plastic polyether-imide (PEI) was chosen as interlaminar toughening polymers, nanofiber membranes was prepared by electrospinning, and humidity 45%, temperature 28 ℃ were explored as key electrospinning conditions. PEI nanofiber membranes in composite interlayer phase transformated into random orientation microspheres during the curing process. When the density of PEI nanofiber membrane in composite interlayer is 4.2mg/cm2, Gic and GIIc of composite laminates can reach 46.7% and 32.8%, respectively. |
