In the high crude oil prices economic environment, the china coal chemical industry growing rapidly, but the problem is shortage of water resources, waste water become from large and lead to the deterioration of the surrounding environment. How in ensuring the conditions of industrial development, using water resources efficiently, reducing emissions of coal chemical industry waste water is an important issue currently facing the coal chemical industry.Process analysis and control of water systems integration technology development, has formed a foundation and achievements, it is an effective method to reduce the wastewater discharge and use of resources. In this paper rationally, NaLinHe Coal chemical Park has for the study of the park’s water use water owned enterprises were operating unit data research and analysis, the presence of water-saving potential of the portion of the water unit of the park’s conclusions. By selecting portions of water purification systems business unit within the park, part of the circulating cooling water cooler coal methanol plant circulating cooling water systems, the use of system integration technology in the process of water pinch point theory calculated tuning and redesign water network, and ultimately achieve the goal of saving water. Thesis main achievements include:① coal methanol plant water purification systems utilize water pinch technology is optimized to reduce the wastewater discharge 22.8% annually, the economic benefits 9 million yuan;② coal means to optimize the methanol circulating water system, on the part of the heat exchanger pipeline transformation, annual savings of 19.48% recycled water, bring economic benefits 4.1836 million yuan;Optimization Transformation above water network, water and displacement of coal chemical park are greatly reduced, this to action not only brought the park’s various enterprises huge economic benefits, but also to made tremendous contributions the protection of the surrounding environment in Erdos region.
