| In order to improve the catalytic activity and stability of a desulfurization and hydrogenation catalyst (referred to as desulfurization and hydrogen refining agent),it’s need to produce a high specific surface area, pore volume (0.95±0.05 ml-g-1) intends to pseudo-boehmite (referred to as dry powder) used to the produce the catalyst of pore size distribution of 4~ 13 nm range concentration ratio over 85%,and to be used in the production of sulfur content of diesel hydrofining catalyst, in order to improve the type of catalyst. of activity and selectivityPseudo-boehmite prepared by Al2(SO4)3-NaAlO2, the results show that neutral and aging process for pseudo-boehmite’s influence is very big. In the neutralization reaction, A12(SO4)3 concentration control in 50 g · L-1, NaAlO2 concentration in 100 g · L-1; Neutralization reaction pH control in 7.7±0.1; Aging time of material is about 4 h, the aging temperature is controled at 80±2 ℃, pseudo-boehmite surface area in 310-330 g · m-2,pore volume stability in 0.9~1.0 ml·g-1, the average pore radialmeter 4-5 nm, pore size distribution of 4~40 nm range of 78-88%.In the process of hydrogenation catalyst support,The influence of carrier forming and roasting process on the performance of the carrier is studied. The results showed the optimum technological conditions was when the ratio of acid to powder 2.5, the ratio of liquid to powder 1.0, the mixing time 25min, the adding amount of additives 4%, the temperature of 600 degrees and roasting time 2.5h. produce the hydrogenation catalyst carrier of radial intensity increased by more than 20%, the specific surface area and pore volume is more stable,4~13 nm range of pore size distribution ratio increased to more than 85%.To optimize the process parameters of epigenetic output W-Ni-Mo/r the depth of A12O3 hydrorefining catalyst, Through laboratory analysis and evaluation, the process parameters can reach or exceed the design index. |
