Underground uranium mining system includes exploration, mining registration, recovery of three parts, related to the development roadway, stress management, drilling, blasting, rock, filling, air supply, water supply and other safety work issues, and all aspects of the process are interrelated,Mutual restraint. Mine design requirements to achieve the premise that each operating system to maintain continuous and efficient operation. So the underground uranium mining research system reliability analysis and optimization becomes necessary. Reliability structural model this paper reliability theory and Multi-Agent technology used in underground uranium mining system, the establishment of underground uranium mine mining system in multi-agent system, and application of intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the reliability of underground uranium mining system. The main research work is as follows:(1)By investigating different underground uranium mine production enterprises, we can understand the main production process and characteristics of the underground uranium mining system, then use the multi-agenttechnology to build a multi-agent system structure of underground uranium mining. The underground uranium mining system is decomposed into Master Agent, pioneering Agent, Mining Agent, stoping Agent, Air Agent, power supply Agent, water supply Agent and other Agent model, its structure, status,transaction processing, communication mechanisms, data collection mechanisms are described respectively;(2) Using the system connection method of the system reliability theory to analyze the negotiation mechanism between each Agent of the multi-agent underground uranium mining system, then use Matlab software to achieve a reliability model of the production system;(3) It constructs a process mining system reliability model and a man-machine- environment reliability model of the underground uranium mining multi-agent system, and analyses the reliability of the multi-agent system mining model. In the process mining system reliability model, it analyses the reliability of each subsystem such as mining subsystem, transportation subsystem, support subsystem, ventilation subsystem and so on, finally studies the overall reliability of mining process system model based on an equipment failure rate case; In the man- machine- environment reliability model analysis,it integrates the factors surrounding mining system into three parts which are the equipment, personnel, environmental, and further refined, then analyses the reliability using AHP.(4)Combined with particle swarm optimization, genetic algorithm we canconstruct a swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, and achieve the optimization of reliability model of mining system;(5) By applying the model to an underground uranium mining system, we can validate and test the effectiveness and the application scope of the research results.
