In this paper,and a textile printing and dyeing co.,LTD zhucheng cooperation,the company mainly produce and export clothing fabrics,can processing all kinds of cotton,polyester-cotton,cotton,T/R,linen and cotton polyester blended fabrics and so on,including all kinds of spandex,bamboo cloth,jacquard cloth,high density fabric,and other common varieties of dyeing,printing,and so on and so forth,process wastewater quality of complex and unstable,according to the company to analyze water quality,using a simple physical method is obviously cannot meet the requirements of sustainable development of the enterprise,must use materialized(pretreatment),the combination of biochemical,ozone oxidation process.In addition,the effect of the strong oxidizer oxidation technique is introduced in the process is more outstanding,the advantages are more obvious,and new applied technology of ozone is a kind of very strong oxidizing compounds,not just on reaction conditions is very low,and it also can effectively destroy the microbial cell structure and various physiological organization,therefore,its killing microorganisms in water effect is obvious.Ozone after REDOX reaction,the reduction of O2,and also as a result,it will not cause secondary pollution to the water body?The O2,O3 is derived from the air,which is used to process the application to use local materials,more convenient.This process system with multiple function: the first function is to the company from simple pretreatment,printing and dyeing wastewater of groundwork for the back of the biochemical treatment process,at the same time,this part of the processing can also remove some of the larger molecular weight of organic matter,hair base group of dye solution in initial decomposition to remove;The second purpose is to make preliminary processing,part of the sewage sludge for subsequent process for purification of waste water for further;The third role more than using the creative period of decoloring process,a more significant effect of decolorization of wastewater treatment,the effluent water quality and sewage treatment process is more stable.(1)The consumption of energy is relatively small,and the utilization of resources is greatly improved.(2)In the process of treatment,the ratio of BOD/COD in wastewater was improved,and the biodegradability of wastewater was improved.The results showed that the removal rate of COD increased to 80%,and the removal of color was 98%.(3)The removal effect of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater is enhanced,and the remaining sludge is small,and the water quality is stable.(4)Investment saving,the process of the operation of the relatively stable,simple management,all kinds of costs are also low.According to the enterprise existing status,therefore,adopt the technology of production wastewater deep treatment and parts used in the production,make the enterprise all waste is scientific and effective treatment and to the best level of reuse,so as to realize the production concept of less energy consumption,low pollution and meet the requirements of enterprise further development.
