With the improvement of people's living standards,large supermarkets in large and medium-sized cities are in a rapid increase,and there is a larger demand gap in the associated infrastructure,such as supermarket shelf laminates.Compared with foreign production,the domestic production lines have problems of lower level of equipment specialization,efficiency and dimensional accuracy.To a certain extent,the domestic producers can not promptly supply the goods to the supermarkets and meet the requirements of supermarkets for shelf laminates of high quality.On the basis of relevant documentation of both home and abroad,this paper takes the advantages of similar foreign advanced production equipment,studies the issues of ends bending equipment which is the key equipment to the production of supermarket shelf laminates.The following work has been completed:The important components of ends bending equipment has been innovatively designed.Adopting a floating rack,using the spring energy storage effect,the two independent movements of workpiece clamping and bending with a sequence linkage has been achieved with one cylinder.The time-consuming problem of linkage control system in the traditional equipment with a clamping cylinder and a bending cylinder has been solved.The ends bending mode of the blanks of shelf laminates has been effectively changed.The conventional equipment for ends bending process of the supermarket shelf laminates are: the cut workpiece moves on a conveyor belt,the workpiece front end is bent before it moves on to have the rear end bent.This bending process needs a longer production line.In the new ends bending process in this paper,the two ends of the supermarket laminate blanks are bent simultaneously.The equipment becomes compact,shortens the length of the production line,reduces the occupied area of the equipment,and greatly improves production efficiency.A Finite Element analysis is done to the key components of the bending device-Floating rack.On the premise of ensuring functionality,strength and rigidity,it reduces the production materials and cost.In this paper,a floating rack as one of the main actuators of the equipment has been innovatively designed.The floating rack and the hydraulic cylinders are organically combined.Compared with the traditional devices,only one cylinder is used in the new process to make the device more compact in structure.The functional modularity is achieved.It can be more easily combined with other equipment in the production line.The degree of automation of producing supermarket shelf laminates is increased.It has strong practical applicability and replicability.
