Beibu Gulf formerly known as "Tokyo Bay" located in the northwest of the South China Sea, between 16 ~22°N, 105°30’ ~ 110° E. It is a semi-closed bay that surrounded by the China Guangdong Leizhou Peninsula, Hainan and Guangxi province. In 2008, the state approved the implementation of the "Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Development Plan", logistics base, business base and manufacturing base were to gradually establish. This would bring great pressure on the environment.Heavy metals can not be biodegradable. It can be bioaccumulated and enters the body through the food chain, causing chronic poisoning. In order to protect the ecological safety of the Beibu Gulf, in October 2014, The heavy metals were analyzed from beibu glulf intertidal and the results are as follows:(1) The average content of Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn, Fe and Mn is 0.0484mg/L, 0.0010mg/L, 0.0103mg/L, 0.0467mg/L, 0.0529mg/L, 0.2902 mg/L, 0.1418mg/L from the beibu gulf. Sites were assiged to the Near station, the pollution index Beihai Port> Fangchenggang> Tieshangang> Dafengjiang> Qinzhou Bay> Nanliu river> Pearl Bay> Port Takeyama. The whole Bay of beibu goulf was in a severe pollution statue; Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis, Cd, Cu, Pb heavy metal pollution sources may come from industry and Fe, Mn may be mainly from the mining; The respectively reductions of Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn was 165.4924 t, 5.7445 t, 161.2938 t, 13.8784 t, determined by the remaining capacity of the environment in October. In order to reduce heavy metal pollution and make use of the water environment capacity of intertidal zone, the urban pollutants made up of Cd, Cu, Pb should be limited by adopting comprehensive measures; And strengthen the supervision of the mining industry, process efficiency and improve safety, reduce the impact of mining on the environment. The average content of As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Fe, Mn, Pb, Zn was 186.80×10-6kg/kg, 2.15×10-6 kg/kg, 18.00×10-6 kg/kg, 19.22×10-6 kg/kg, 6774.33×10-6 kg/kg, 175.06×10-6 kg/kg, 9.35×10-6 kg/kg, 130.89×10-6 kg/kg, in sediment. As and Cd are the major pollutants. The impact from people of accumlation indix: Qinzhou Bay> Anpu Port> Fangchenggang> Dafengjiang-Nanliu> Pearl Bay> Takeyama Port> Beihai> lemin port> Yingluo port; The impact from people of accumlation indix on element: as> Cd> Cu> Zn> Cr> Pb.The Potential Ecological Risk: Qinzhou Bay> anpu Port> Fangchenggang> Takeyama Port> Dafengjiang- Nanliu> Pearl Bay> Beihai> China and Hong Kong Music> Yingluo and As> Cd> Cu> Pb> Zn> Cr; Through correlation and principal component analysis, Takeyama Harbor andPearl Harbor have the same or similar sources of pollution, the same to Lemin port, Yingluo port, Beihai Port and Dafengjiang-Nanliu, Fangchenggang, Qinzhou Bay.
