To understand the differences of flue-cured tobacco between years and regions in Henan,C3 F samples from 27 sampling points of 7 main tobacco-growing areas from 2011 to 2014 were chosen,and the indexes of appearance quality,physical property,alkaloids,polyphenols,non-volatile organic acid,neutral aroma substances,and sensory quality were analyzed statistically with SPSS17.O?Excel and the grey situation decision.Besides,the regional distribution regularity was researched using GIS.The main conclusions were following:1 The differences of quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco between years in Henan were studied,and the results showed that:The comprehensive score of appearance quality of Lingbao in 2011 and the comprehensive score of physical property of Wuyang in 2011 were highest.The content of nicotine and the total content of alkaloids of Neixiang in 2012 were both highest,and the content of malic acid of Baofeng in 2012,the content of citric acid of Shanxian in 2013 and the total content of neutral aroma substances of Lushi in 2011 were all highest.The contents of neutral aroma substances had no significant differences between years in Zhumadian and Pingdingshan,and the indexes of sensory quality had no significant differences between years in Xuchang.The contents of alkaloids had no significant differences between years in Luohe.2 The differences of quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco between regions in Henan were studied,and the results showed that:Appearance quality: The scores of color,maturity and leaf structure existed significant differences between production areas,but identity,oil content and chroma had no significant differences between production areas.The scores of leaf structure,identity and chroma had very significant differences and the oil score had significant differences between sampling points in Sanmenxia,and the scores of color and identity existed significant differences between sampling points in Nanyang.The indexes of color and maturity had very significant differences between sampling points in Sanmenxia and Zhumadian,and the scores of leaf structure and identity existed significant differences between sampling points in Zhumadian.Physical property: Only the stem content had significant differences between production areas and sampling points in Pingdingshan.Chemical index: The contents of nicotine,chlorogenic acid,oxalic acid,malic acid,phenylalanine and the new plant diene and the total content of neutral aroma substances existed significant differences and the contents of fumaric acid,solanone,carotenoids,and brown products had very significant differences between production areas.The contents of alkaloids all existed significant differences between sampling points in Nanyang,Pingdingshan and Sanmenxia,the chlorogenic acid content had very significant differences between sampling points in Nanyang and significant differences between sampling points in Pingdingshan.The contents of non-volatile organic acid had very significant differences between sampling points in Sanmenxia and Pingdingshan and significant differences between sampling points in Nanyang,Zhumadian,Xuchang and Pingdingshan.And the contents of neutral aroma substances had very significant or significant differences between sampling points in Sanmenxia,Luoyang,Nanyang,Zhumadian,Xuchang and Pingdingshan.Sensory quality: The scores of mixed gas and dry feeling existed significant differences between production areas,and other indexes of sensory quality had very significant differences between production areas.The indexes of sensory quality had very significant or significant differences between sampling points in Sanmenxia,Luoyang,Nanyang,Zhumadian,Xuchang and Pingdingshan.3 The regional distribution regularity was researched based on GIS,and the results showed that:The overall distribution regularities of appearance quality scores,sensory quality scores,and non-volatile organic acid contents which were divided into 4 regions were not obvious,and the overall distribution regularity of physical property scores which was divided into 4 regions was “the west lower,the east higher”.The distribution regularity of the nicotine content which was divided into 4 regions was not very obvious,and the distribution regularity of the total content of polyphenols divided into 3 regions was “the north lower,the south higher”,and the distribution regularity of the total neutral aroma substances divided into 3 regions was obvious but opposite to that of the total content of polyphenols.
