| With the fast development of Chinese petroleum industry,the many oil production wells of oil fields have entered the middle and later stage,the majority of oil-field produced water is much larger than that needed for reinjection.The large amount of excesive procuced water have to be discharged afer treatment following the national standard.Chemical method,physical method and biological method are used for produced water treatment.But a single method often cannot achieve the expected efficiency,in general,combinations methods are usually applied.However,it has been a challenge in removing dissoved persistent organics such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)from produced water.This paper study the degradation effect of PAHs by using the photocatalytic oxidation.At present,the research of oilfield produced water by this method has seldom been reported,research of the technology is still in the exploratory stage at home and abroad,in view of this situation and the demand of the industry,this subject adopts the method research,The paper study dedply the reaction conditions and the factors of PAHs by using the photocatalytic oxidation on the basis of previous subject study in the group.The results can help build a solid base for future mechanism research and industrial application.This study include two parts of experiment,the first part examined degradation efficiency of Naphthalene and fluorene under UV wavelength(UVA365 nm,UVB308 nm,UVC245 nm),temperature,pH,catalyst(TiO2).inhibitors(BuOH),oxidant(O2、H2O2 and O3),and optimizate the best conditions of single factorion.The second part studies degradation efficiency of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons Naphthalene and fluorene with the different factors UV wavelength,pH and oxidant under the UV/TiO2/H2O2 and UV/TiO2/O3 oxidation systems.The results showed the best combination for UV/TiO2/O3 system is UVC,pH = 8.5,O3= 30 ml/min,and the best combination of the UV/TiO2/H2O2 system is UVC,pH = 8-5,H202 = 10 g/L.Influence factors was optimized by photocatalytic oxidation in the experiment,it is concluded that the best combination,and the experiment form a complete set of testing(SPE-GC/MS)and processing technology,the technology is a relatively new research for offshore oilfield produced water,a large amount of work needs to be further research and perfection. |
