With the rapid development of industrial enterprises in Huizhou District in recent years, the distribution of the old industrial park which is ajacent to the downtown is nearly saturated. There are almost no space for development of other industries in further in the park and the heavy dustrical pollutions from there also threaten the envrionment in the city. The govenment of Huizhou District has decided to relocate the chemical companies with heavy pollution and introduce some light pollution construction projects. At the same time, the government is also prepared to imply the some projects to upgrade the original enterprise sewage technology, save energy and reduce pollution. The project of wastewater treatment station in this study is mainly aimed to treat the water-based polyurethane wastewater discharged by enterprises in the park. If the traditional anaerobic biological treatment process is used to treat this kind of sewage, it will face some disadvantages such as long processing cycle, poor water quality, low treatment efficiency and so on. This kind of waste water has the following characteristics:intermittent discharge, water and water fluctuations are relatively large, the production process of wastewater generated by a large difference, but the composition of the water pollution is very complex. Therefore, the disposal of such sewage should be careful to prevent its being discharge into the environment directlyAqueous polyurethane wastewater has characteristics of high content of salt and organic matter and also is hard to be treated by chemical methods. In order to reduce the load of the subsequent biochemical treatment stage and improve the biodegradability, the corresponding physichemical pretreatments should be used to remove the some special pollutants and create conditions for biochemical treatment. According to the design of the influent water quality as long as the control index is: COD?1641 mg/L; BOD5?664 mg/L; NH3-N?83 mg/L; SS?218 mg/L; Volatile phenol?2.1 mg/L; pH 6?9.The main control index of the water quality of this design is:CODcr?120 mg/L; BOD5?30 mg/L; NH3-N?25 mg/L; SS?30 mg/L; Volatile phenol?0.5 mg/L; pH 6?9. The influent of wastewater from the park contains a large number of organic matters. The effluents need to achieve the effect of not only decomposition of high content organic matter but also denitrification. Thus, the biochemical treatment should be carried out. In view of the above characteristics of wastewater quality, the project mainly considers to combining the physical-chemical and biological treatment methods together in the treatment.The design scale of wastewater flux in the project is 5000 m3/d. As for the method for pretreatment, the coagulation sedimentation is selected. The A2/O process is also used in the projuect based on the need of the effluent. According to the actual situation of the project, the concentrated mechanical dewatering processes and mud cake Sinotrans burning are used in sludge treatment. The A2/O process is core set in the design and the process flow is:grating-adjust the homogeneous-coagulation sedimentation pretreatment-A2O biological treatment-the second pond. The whole process of sludge treatment is suitable for the objective of sewage treatment. The COD removal rate is 93%. The removal rate of BOD5 is 96%. The removal rate of NH3-N is 89%. The removal rate of SS is 90% and the volatile phenol removal rate of 81%. As for the need of industrial park sewage process parameters adjustment, the design is successful and the water quality meets the design requirements.This project is mainly aimed at design of wastewater treatment station with 5000 m3/d scale. The specific details of the design include master plan, civil engineering, equipment, technology, automatic control system, electric, fire and environmental protection, switching facilities of sludge processing, park supporting the sewage pipe network and initial rainwater. The master plan is designed according to the local landscape, method of production and selection of process and the vertical design of industrial park should choose tiny slope type. Centralized control and post control are combined togethor in automatic control. Electric part includes field instrument, shield cable, cable tray, maintenance tube and so on. All of these instruments are collected with ground and they are also introduced to the electrical network. The wastewater and rainwater in the park are discharged separately. The water for industrial production and fire demand share a same combined net system and the corresponding amount of fire hydrants are arranged Pipeline facilities are planed according to the drainage planing. The DN800 main pipes and DN500 branch pipes are embed along the garden road in the east side (or north side). Heating and ventilation need use mechanical exhaust to ventilate. The whole design of the environmental protection is based on the standard of wastewater, offscum and noise treatment, etc. Total investment of the project consists of construction investment, interest incurred during construction, other financing fees and additional liquidity parts and the total amount of investment is up to 4267.22 million yuan.
