| With the growing population and economic scale, people gradually realize the serious environmental problems brought by the fire of coal and gas. During this growth, the new energy industry has received extensive attention. As an important part of the new energy industry, PV industry followed by the rapid development of the above trends, production capacity and related technologies have been greatly improved. But at the same time, there are some problems are discussed since the rise of the photovoltaic power generation, that is, although photovoltaic power generation does not produce waste water, waste and other pollutants, whether PV module production would have an impact on the environment, or the environmental responsibility of PV enterprise is well performed, or this performance is evaluated or not and so on. The focus of this paper is through the related theory of the evaluation of environmental responsibility and the characteristics of PV enterprise, build a corresponding evaluation index system, and use a reasonable and effective method to evaluate the performance of the enviroment responsibility.The main research findings are follows : introduced the basic theory of environmental responsibility, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the related theories, the basic situation of the project and environmental impact of Tianwei thin film Co., Ltd., mainly on the point of law responsibility fulfillment, environmental moral responsibility, environmental financial indicators, environmental performance, low carbon index.In order to select a suitable evaluation method, AHP method, life cycle assessment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are briefly introduced by this paper, and the evaluation of these methods were compared and analyzed, finally chose the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate environmental responsibility performance of photovoltaic enterprise.According to the evaluation index system of the selection principles and the basic characteristics of photovoltaic enterprises, build the evaluation index system is build for photovoltaic enterprise, the system mainly includes the environmental legal liability system, environment moral responsibility, environmental financial index system, environmental performance system, low carbon index system. And accord ing to the above evaluation system, using the AHP method to determine the index weight, and gives the detailed raw data and the calculation result, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to evaluate the environmental responsibility performance of Tianwei thin film photovoltaic Co., Ltd., and gives the evaluation conclusion. At last, the paper gives the conclusion of the study and suggestions for further improvement. |
