With the development of society,water pollution becomes more serious and people pay more attention to water quality.Organic pollutants are universal in surface water.Differnet analysis methods were established to measure the various characteristic compounds in a surface water resin.1)A simultaneous extraction and determination method was developed by the coupling of high capacity solid phase extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)and ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)for the semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)and carbamates pesticides in surface water.The average recovery rate of SVOCs ranges from 70.5% to 105% and the detection limits are between 0.002 and 0.009 ?g/L.The recovery rate of carbamates ranges from 78.5%~124%.The highest concentration ratio is around 16000 times.This method is efficient for the simultaneous separation and determination of a variety of different properties compo unds in surface water.Some SVOCs and carbamate pesticides,just like phthalate,phenols,nitrobenzene,carbofuran,bassa and other compounds were detected in a surface water resin.2)The application of atmospheric pressure gas chromatography quadrupole-time-of-flightmass spectrometry(APGC-QTOF-MS)with high capacity solid phase extraction has been investigated for simultaneous determination of 64 SVOCs in water.APGC source results inminimal fragmentation of the molecular ion and enhances the sensitivity of QTOF.64 SVOCs were determined with optimized condition and the results showed that the good linear relationships was obtained with coefficients more than 0.99 in the range of 0.5mg·L-1~10 mg·L-1,relative standard deviations ranged from 2.13% to 9.08% and the detection limits are between 0.25ng·L-1 and 1.3ng·L-1.Combing this method and GC/MS,the substance of unknown substance would be identified well.3)A integrated method for the main semi-volatile odorous organic compounds from surface water was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrum and olfactometry.Odorous compounds such as nitrobenzene,chlorobenzene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon were identified accurately at the level of 0.312?g?L-1.It was revealed that the main semi-volatile odorous organic compounds have a significant correlation with the odor of water samples,but not with the concentrations of pollutants in water.This method provides an alternative for the survey of environmental pollution accident,beneficial for the so urce tracing of odorous substances in water. |
