With the rapid development of the plastic industry, plastic products has become the indispensable part of people's daily life and production. However, more and more waste plastic also produce subsequently, along with the environmental pollution,waste plastic recycling has become the focus of research all over the world.In this paper,on the basis research study of vertical and horizontal hot melt waste plastic recycling granulator, to explore the feasibility and rationality of hot molten plastic technology again, to design and produce new hot molten plastic recycling granulator.Hot melt waste plastic recycling was relieved from the traditional process of broken link, will not cause secondary pollution, and pelleting machine box body with a heat for thermal insulation asbestos, cost and energy consumption is greatly reduced, the molten plastic again by single screw extruder, pelletizing recycling.This paper puts emphasis on the following contents:1. This paper expounds the present application of plastic recycling technology and the general research situation of plastic recycling equipment,with the help of some data and documents relevant with plastic recycling;2. It introduces the main structure and functions of the new hot molten plastic recycling granulator in detail;3. By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and establish the two kind models of structure design scheme of thermodynamic analysis of the hot molten body,then choose the best structure design plan for processing the application;4. Assembly the new hot air circulation molten plastic recycling granulator test prototype and commissioning it, design and installation of electrical control system,completed the preliminary test;5, Improving and adjusting the test prototype according to the preliminary test results,then complete the final test and obtain the test results.
