Copper sulfide is the main source of China's copper metal,mainly recovered by flotation method.But in the flotation process will discharge a row of wastewater,the concentration of heavy metal ions and suspended solid content in water and chemical oxygen demand amount of the indicators were much higher than domestic efflux limited,and contaminate the environment around the concentrator.In order to solve the problem of water resource waste and environmental pollution caused by wastewater discharge,the research on the wastewater recycling has important significance.This paper take the tailings water of copper sulfide ore as the research object,study of tailing water points and properties and the influence to the flotation behavior of chalcopyrite,study of tailing water treatment,wastewater recycling process,and ultimately realize wastewater reuse.Through sedimentation experiment can decrease the suspended solids content in the wastewater.The results showed that the wastewater settling time increases with the increase of the concentration,dilution of wastewater can reduce the settling time,adding the flocculants can also reduce the settling time,but amount need control in less than 5g / t.In the single mineral flotation tests,through simulate the different environmental factors,including hardness,ionic strength,concentration of each ion,residual reagent concentration,etc..The experimental results show that the all of these factors are affect chalcopyrite flotation,the Al3+ and Fe3+ have the most significant inhibitory effect and residual medicament have role in promoting on chalcopyrite flotation.Through the simulation of backwater actual ore flotation,study the effect of Al3+ and Fe3+ on the actual ore flotation,the results show that the inhibitory effect of inorganic ions in the backwater on Flotation of copper sulfide ore is not obvious.Through infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectrophotometric measurement and artificial mixed mineral test,to explore the organic trapping agent mechanism with chalcopyrite.The experimental results show that residual trapping agent will intensify flocculation of minerals,the gangue mechanical entrainment probability increases,and deterioration of the copper sulfide ore floatation.Through the oxidation time test,pH test and actual ore flotation test.The effects of the ozone oxidation of wastewater treatment and the feasibility of using back.According to the results of the study,ozone oxidation method can effectively decompose wastewater organic collector,wastewater return process after the oxidation treatment can significantly improve the flotation index and oxidation time more long,the optimization effect is more obvious.Finally by flocculation sedimentation-ozone oxidation combined process of closed-circuit test was made on,concentrate containing copper 17.41%,85.65% recovery rate,test in water to get the grade of copper concentrate 17.59%,recovery was 85.83% as compared.This process processing the tailings water of copper sulfide ore can effectively reduce water and component content and reuse can be basically reached the water test index,so by the processing of tailings water return to flotation ideas is feasible.
