| Photoacoustic spectroscopy and its application is the focus in the field of research, which be used for material composition detection with high sensitivit y and good adaptability, it is a relatively easy to implement means of non-dest ructive analysis. It does not limit the status of the sample to be tested, the po wder, pervious to light and opaque sample can be test,and can be used in sol id, liquid, gas, such as the detection of the sample. Therefore, in physics, che mistry, biology, medicine, industry analysis, environment pollution monitoring an d so on, photoacoustic spectrum has wide application prospects.The main work of this pape is using piezoelectric photoacoustic experimen tal platform for measuring the photoacoustic spectrum of milk,The spectral line s of calcium and trace elements such as iron, magnesium are detected in the milk.According to the change of the intensity of calcium lasting line 422 nm with the solution concentration, and using the standard solution of calcium 0.10g/L,and formulating the different calcium content and measuring the absorbanc e of standard solution, based on the absorbance relationship along with the cha nge of concentration, detection and calculation the calcium content of milk of several commercially available packaged, and compared with the calcium cont ent stated of the sample, verify the photoacoustic spectrum used to test the feas ibility and reliability of the liquid composition. On the basis, measuring the bu lk raw milk and heating after boiling calcium content and natural heating steri lization on the influence of the calcium content is discussed. |
