This paper mainly involves the following two aspects of the main contents.1.No metal oxidized PIFA direct C-N bond formation and synthesis of 1H-indazoles1H-indazoles which are constructed with molecular biological activity,synthetic therapy,treatment AIDS drugs and treatment of central nervous system drugs are very important structural units.In addition,it can be used as a ligand to prepare for metal complexes.Therefore,the research of 1H-indazoles has been proved to be a hot topic of concern for chemists.There are different methods to synthetise of 1Hindazoles.Although oxidation of the intramolecular C-N bond coupling methods have been reported,hypervalent iodine as oxidant to synthesis of indazole compounds are not reported.Hypervalent iodine is low toxicity,high stability and simple and easy to be obtained.In this paper,we synthetise these 1H-indazole using [bis(trifluoromethyl acetoxy)iodine] benzene(PIFA)as the oxidizing agent,hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP)as the solvent.The method has good universality and high yields with aryl hydrazones as raw materials,with no metal catalysts as the oxidants by intramolecular oxidation /C-N bond coupling to form 1H-indazoles.2.Ammonium acetate catalyzed synthesis of pyrrole [3,2-c] pyridone compoundsPyrrolo [3,2-c] pyridone compounds are the basic structure units of many organic compounds.At the same time,they have many kinds of biological activity.Pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridinone derivatives are identified asdiverse biological activities,such as Nampt inhibitors,PLK1 inhibitors,Cdc7 kinase inhibitors,ATP-competitive MK2 inhibitors,DP receptor antagonistand CB2 agonist etc.Therefore,it is of great value and significance on the synthesis of pyrrole [3,2-c] pyridone derivatives.In this paper,we synthetise 4-hydrogen pyrrolo [3,2-c] pyridin-4-one derivatives with 2-aryl pyrrole compounds and aldehyde compounds as raw materials,ammonium acetate as catalyst,PEG-400 as solvent,in the heating to 100℃ conditions through a series of hydroxy aldehyde condensation reaction of the C-H bond activation coupling of /C-N.The experimental operation is simple.Both in raw materials,catalysts,or solvents are environmentally friendly and cheap and easy to get the chemical raw materials.
