| Biological Activated Carbon(BAC)was filled in the reactor and formed BAC reactor,It has reached a stable simultaneous nitrification and denitrification(SND).The study has compared the applied range of SBR and BAC reactor,explored the denitrification mechanism of BAC reactor,analyzed the role of activated carbon during biological denitrification,confirmed the denitrification route of BAC reactor.And optimized the effect of denitrification through explore the different influence factors of denitrification.The results were been shown as follows.BAC reactor could not noly reached high denitrification effect during segmented denitrification,but also obtained a better denitrification effect than SBR during SND.The removal rate of total nitrogen(TN)of BAC reactor and SBR were 48.8% and 28.3% while the C/N ratio was 5,respectively.BAC reactor has obtained a better denitrification effect but a lower stability than SBR.When the concentration of TN changed.BAC reactor has a better and more stable denitrification effect than SBR on different C/N ratios.BAC reactor has reached higher denitrification effect on low C/N and obtained stable denitrification effect on high C/N,which extended the application range of BAC reactor.In addition,the adsorbability about carbon source of BAC has improved the utilization of carbon resource for denitrification,and make it possible for effective denitrification.BAC reactor has a larger application value.The denitrification route of BAC reactor was shortened simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.GAC created different DO environment in BAC reactor,which was benefit to SND process.The adsorbation effect of carbon resource of BAC could provide a storeroom for carbon source.The removal rate of TN by adsorption was low,it was between 5.57% and 8.57% while the C/N ratio was 5.The BAC reactor was relied on biological denitrification mainly.Increased the quantity of GAC was benefit to denitrification but disadvantage to nitration.Prolonged the aeration time or increased the aeration rate suitably could boost the nitration process.However excess aeration or lengthy aerotion would produce negative effect.The easily degradative organic matter was selected to obtained high denitrogenation effect.BAC reactor has achieved a better SND effect,When thequantity of GAC was 300 g,aeration rate was 0.09m3·(L·h)-1,aeration time was 8h,C/N ratio was 8,and methanol was been added as carbon resource the average removal rate of TN was reached to 75.4%. |
