In recent years, the remote decision making auxiliary system of drilling and completion integration is widely used in the deep sea oil development.it uses the modern information network technology as the carrier of data.Computers are the carriers of model analysis, forming a drilling and completion decision making auxiliary system and a refined management model which contain cooperative works,multi-specialty sharing and combining theory data with reality data. The contractor of petroleum engineering technology always work in different areas, the team of technical experts can not go to the field and provide technical support in time.Oil exploration and development is gradually aiming at the deep complicated formation onshore,Therefore, the demand of this technology is gradually heightened. In this paper, the drilling assistance system which is used for oil and gas field exploration and development is elaborated designed.Based on analyzing development status both in domestic and abroad, combining the demand of drilling engineering, several results are obtained, which contains the project designs of the remote assistance system of drilling and completion integration, the technical researching of drilling and completion date analysis and processing, the collection and transmission of MWD data at real-time,the drilling and completion engineering design and monitoring integration. This paper have first been maked a detailed analysis about the WISTML standard database and drilling data mining. Then, the drilling assistance system haved been applied in the Wei-yuan gas field,Liaohe oil field and Sulige gas field. Finally, the implemented cases are fully elaborated in this paper.
