Nowadays, with marine pollution problem is becoming more and more serious, to grasp the movement rule of pollutants in marine, the study of marine pollution prevention and governance appears increasingly important. Taylor dispersion of pollutants is one of the important forms of pollutants moving in the sea.With MATLAB numerical calculation tools, based on the Taylor dispersion of contaminants model by sea wave field of LAW and Huang, we can get the time-averaged Taylor dispersion of contaminants by bi-spectrum and Taylor dispersion of contaminants with time by random waves. Thinking about different parameters, we do the calculation of Taylor dispersion coefficient by regular waves and random waves.The research of Taylor dispersion coefficient by bi-spectrum show as:● Taylor longitudinal dispersion coefficient under bi-spectrum is related to wave spectrum function ε m, spectrum peak frequency ratio ωm1/ωm2, high and low spectrum peak factor λ1λ2 and spectrum energy ratio.● Taylor longitudinal dispersion coefficient increases with wave spectrum function ε m, spectrum peak factor, high frequency spectrum energy and spectrum peak frequency ratio.● Taylor dispersion coefficient by bi-spectrum has the same change rule with it under P-M spectrum(the same energy), and is only smaller numerically. The research of Taylor dispersion coefficient in time domain by random waves show as:● For typical random wave spectrum (P-M spectrum, B-M spectrum and J spectrum), we have:By P-M spectrum, Taylor dispersion coefficient and time to steady decrease with its only parameter-wave angular frequency ω m; By B-M spectrum, Taylor dispersion coefficient and time to steady increase with wave angular frequency w m and increase with significant wave height Hs; By J spectrum, Taylor dispersion coefficient and time to steady decrease with wave angular frequency w m and increase with the peak enhancement facts of spectrum λ,● Compare with regular wave, under the same conditions of water depth, wave height and time period, Taylor dispersion coefficient K/D by random wave is bigger.
