In recent decades, with the development of green chemistry, and the enhancement of people's environmental awareness, transition metal(such as ruthenium, rhodium, palladium) catalyzed C-N bond and C-C bond formation reactions have been rapidly developed. As we all know, copper is an essential trace element in the human body, and compared withthe other transition metals, copper has many advantages such as low toxicity, low price, green environmental protection and so on. Sothe use of copper as catalyst to catalyze organic chemical reaction has important significance. This paper mainly introduces the copper catalyzed N-arylation reaction of acylpyrazoles to construct C-N bond and copper catalyzed phenolic compound ortho C-H bond activation to construct C-C bond.Chapter 1:The research progress of copper catalyzed N-arylation reaction and C-H bond activation was summarized.Chapter 2:We study the copper catalyzed N-arylation reaction of acylpyrazoles with arylboric acid. First, we introduced the several methods for synthesis pyrazole derivatives, and then a lot of reaction conditions of copper catalyzed N-arylation reaction of arylboric acid with acylpyrazole was studied, reaction factors like catalyst, solvent, reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, substrate concentration, reaction atmosphere and additives are optimized. The best conditions are as follows:Using arylboric acid as substrate, acylpyrazole 3 times equivalent,10 mol% Cu(OAc)2 as catalyst, in methanol solvent under oxygen atmosphere 80? reaction 20 hours can get relatively good yield. At last, the reaction substrate was developed, the result was good.Chapter 3:We expansion the substrate scope of the copper catalyzed phenol compound ortho C-H bond activation, and made further research on the products.
