| Amines are an important class of organic compounds, which have a wide range of applications, such as solvents, pharmaceutical intermediates, raw materials, resins, textile additives, disinfectants, rubber stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors and detergents. Therefore, the research of the synthesis of amines and their applications is of great significance. Reductive animation of carbonyl compounds are the most common and effective methods to prepare amines.In recent years, it is more concerned to pursuit a green environment and use green reagents and reusable catalysts due to the increasing awareness of environmental protection. This article is meant to systematically study reductive amination of carbonyl compounds based on our previous work and previous studies. Reductive amination of the aliphatic and aromatic substances was chosed as a model reaction to study the reductive amination of carbonyl compounds. In order to take on the catalytic reaction system of catalytic reaction mechanism, the catalysts were charactered by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, TPD and other characterization methods and the products were detected by GC,GC-MS and LC-MS. At the same time on the catalytic reaction system of influence factors were screened, such as catalyst loading, reaction medium, reaction time, reaction temperature, initial hydrogen pressure and catalyst support and establish an optimal reaction system, and used for the synthesis of catalytic system in other amine compounds... |
