The synthesis and application of core-shell type magnetic nanoparticles have attracted more and more attention,owing to its extensive application prospect by special structure and properties.With the further of the research,there are a lot of synthesis about the nuclear shell type magnetic nanoparticles.However,the preparation methods of dual shell nanoparticles is relatively less,and uncontrolled.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to find out the best preparation methods of dual shell magnetic nanoparticles,and to explore its application research.The detailed and specific content was summarized as follows:1 Preparation and characterization of the dual shell magnetic nanoparticlesTo prepare SiO2@Fe3O4@C magnetic nanoparticles,the first at all,the high quality of SiO2 nano balls were prepared using the Stober method,and then,theirs outer layer were coated a layer of magnetic iron oxide successfully nanoparticles through solvent hot method.Different reaction conditions on the influence of the phase and morphology of the particles were studied,to determine the best reaction process: with SiO2 nano ball as template,100? response for 24 hours in the reaction kettle,raise the temperature of 180 ?,reaction for 24 hours.Phase analysis,morphology and magnetic of the nanoparticles were tested,and the mechanism was discussed.2 The application of the dual shell magnetic nanoparticles in the industrial waste waterThe experiment adopted the methyl orange aqueous solution to simulate industrial waste water.With different reaction conditions,the adsorption efficiency of the dual core-shell magnetic nanoparticles SiO2@Fe3O4@C adsorbed methyl orange was researched,to determine the optimum parameters of the adsorption that the reaction time was 2.5 h,the pH of the methyl orange aqueous solution was 5,the dosage of the dual core shell magnetic nanoparticles was 0.1 g.3 The application research of the dual shell magnetic nanoparticles in the photocatalytic performanceWith dual shell magnetic nanoparticles SiO2@Fe3O4@C as the magnetic substrate,TiO2 on the surface coated,phase composition and Magnetic testing showed that the SiO2@Fe3O4@C/TiO2 magnetic composite photocatalytic materials was synthesized successfully.And by using the aqueous solution of methyl orange to simulate target pollutants,the degradation rate was studied.Explore the quality ratio of magnetic substrate and TiO2 had effects on light catalytic reaction,to look for that the best quality ratio was 1:1.
