As a big agriculture based country, our country how to build Chinese characteristic agriculture, on the basis of economic development stable 1.8 billion mu of arable land red line unswerving policy, keep the soil healthy and sustainable development, has become a problem to be solved. The effective protection of the soil, soil pollution, effective governance, the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is important guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization. Soil as one of the three major factors that affect the overall ecological environment, in the construction of a harmonious ecology is playing an increasingly important role. We are dependent on soil for economic construction, in addition to pay attention to economic benefits, more should pay attention to soil pollution protection and governance, to ensure the economic and social sustainable development in an all-round way.This article first to the science and technology policy and the definition of the contaminated soil were introduced, secondly in Ezhou, for example, by collecting the local soil using data and combined with questionnaire results, analyze the control of soil pollution in the existing science and technology policy, points out that the existing policies are faced with the problem, finally, combined with national policy experience and domestic related policy implementation effect, to the scientific and technological policy about soil pollution related Suggestions are put forward.The purpose of this study was based on the analysis of science and technology policy related to soil pollution control at home and abroad, adopts the method of field investigation and survey, in Ezhou, control of soil pollution in the process of science and technology policy aspects to summarize the experience and lessons, and put forward new policies and measures, so as to make the policy of science and technology to be more perfect.The city of Ezhou, the reasons of soil pollution are mainly unreasonable land planning, land use is not explicit, the pollution of soil in liability after the protection consciousness is weak, and so on. Only advanced policy experience at home and abroad for reference, and combining with the characteristics of local soil is improved, can better play to the guiding role of science and technology policy in soil pollution control.
