Micromixer is a form of the microchip,it played an important part of chemical technology,thus micromixer's performance study had become the urgent demand of relevant industry,and it was already widely used in industrial fields,such as drug preparation,chemical testing and synthetic cosmetics.In recent years,passive mixers had got a better performance by structure optimization,meanwhile processing material and technology of mixer also made a breakthrough developments,these developments broadened the application range of micromixer.This dissertation was mainly devoted to the study of the structure of micromixer,hoping to improve the micromixer's mixing performance through improvement and optimization of structure.Mainly works have been done as follows:(1)Made a summary of four typical unit structure from the domestic and foreign research present situation,then analyzed the four unit structures' mixing characteristics and the mixing effect while the Reynolds number changed.(2)Grasped the structure characteristics of the above conclusion and analyzed the structure characteristics of mixed effect.Orthogonal experiment method was used to select a set of size(including flow channel width,the thickness of the flow channel,unit split-recombine Angle,as well as the asymmetric ratio of asymmetric structure).Then choose an appropriate structural unit combination.I called it the new split-recombine micromixer with 3D asymmetry structure.(3)Experimental platform was setted up for testing the packaged micromixer,I also made contrast experiments using asymmetric mixer and symmetry mixer.Then analyzed the experimental data at last.It was concluded that different structures of micromixers with changing Reynolds numbers had a different sensitive degree: obviously split-recombine structure's mixing effect is stronger in high Reynolds numbers,and the 3D structure performed good in low Reynolds numbers,the new asymmetric structure made an improvement of the mixed effect of split-recombine micromixer.Due to the various production requirements in chemical industry,fluid's Reynolds numbers were varying.This paper has put forward a new type of split-recombine micromixer which not only perform well at low Reynolds numbers but also had an excellent efficiency in high Reynolds numbers.So it has an exploring significance in chemical production field.
